Welcome…

Feast of Fire is not a festival. It’s not a party. It’s a weekend built around fire, food and the rare chance to spend real time with some of the most exciting live-fire cooks and chefs around. In beautiful surroundings in both Devon and Wexford, everything is cooked over flame, every dish has a story, and you’re right there as it happens — watching demonstrations, learning techniques, talking with the pit cooks around the fires, then eating the food you’ve just seen prepared. The cooking draws on flavours and traditions from across the world, with an extraordinary line-up of talent gathered in one place, not behind a barrier or disappearing after a demo, but there with you throughout the weekend: cooking, talking, sharing, eating and relaxing and giving you a unique insight into the lives of fire and barbecue pit cooks.

One ticket covers the entire experience and all the food, all weekend — you only buy your drinks. And it will stay deliberately intimate, limited to just 170 tickets each year, never thousands, however popular it’s already becoming. That intimacy is what makes Feast of Fire what it is. People return, friendships form, familiar faces meet again around the fires, and many are now making both Smoke on the Waters in Devon over the May Bank Holiday and Smokin Soul in Wexford in August the bookends to their summer. Tickets are likely to become increasingly hard to come by, with returning guests given first opportunity before general release. So if you’ve heard people talking about Feast of Fire and wondered what it is, this is your chance to find out. Come hungry. Come curious. And grab your ticket to this incredible, unique experience of a place around the fire.
